Scot AnSgeulaiche comes from the Oral Tradition, which does not record it's work, but retains it in memory. For this reason he has only recently begun to record Tales. They are kept as 'live' as possible, often being recorded at actual storytelling gatherings or around the campfire.

Carnasserie Castle, home of Iain Caimbeul, John Carswell, reformer Bishop and the first man to publish a book in Gàidhlig in 1567, a translation of John Knox's Book of Common Order. Although a Palace, the 'Castle' had gun loops fitted which were much needed a hundred years later when the castle was beseiged by the MacLeans.
